NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) hereby gives notice of the Government s intent to sole source a purchase order for IN.PACT Admiral Drug-coated balloons (DCB) with Medtronic, for peripheral vascular disease at the James J. Peters VAMC, at 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx NY 10468. The James J. Peters Vascular surgery department is in need of IN.PACT Admiral drug-coated balloons for surgery cases. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only one that can provide James J. Peters the IN.PACT Admiral balloons that are needed. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113 (Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 750 Employees and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 6515 (Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies).
