This serves as notice that the official solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C10G20R0021 and all amendments have been cancelled and no award has been made. The Government intends to issue an amended RFP on the Contracts Opportunities (https://beta.sam.gov ) website at a later time. There will be significant changes to the program s technical requirements. Therefore, it is advised that you prepare your new quote accordingly if you still want to be considered for any future award for this program.
