Can we use our ECAT delivery terms of 120 days or sooner if in stock? GOVERNMENT RESPONSE: The delivery terms in the combined synopsis solicitation notice are hereby amended to: Delivery shall be provided within 120 days after receipt of order (ARO). As stated in Attachment C Operating Tables Contract Administration, Sec. C.6(c), The estimated total quantities are listed on ATTACHMENT A OPERATING TABLES PRICE LIST. E.8 ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (NOV 2021) states: Quoters are hereby advised that any Quoter-imposed terms and conditions and/or assumptions which deviate from the Government s material terms and conditions established by the Solicitation, may render the Quoter s proposal Unacceptable, and thus ineligible for award. Q3. On the Statement of work "The following SC s apply to CLIN s 0001 - 0006" states a sliding top but it really should be CLIN's 0001, 0002, 0005-0008. 0003 & 0004 are rotating tops. Can we get that statement revised? Vendors are asked to quote any additional product that may be beneficial. These items must be captured in the vendor s pricing volume. In CLIN s 0001-0006 table, under item SC1, can you confirm the sliding top requirement really applies to CLIN s 0001, 0002, 0005, 0006, 0007 & 0008 and not to CLIN s 0003 & 0004? We are reviewing the solicitation for the subject requirement and CLIN 0034 lists the same part number that was released on the sources sought but shows a different description. Can you please confirm which of these descriptions are accurate? It seems that it should be the item that was listed on the sources sought notice but wanted to confirm. GOVERNMENT RESPONSE: The item description for CLIN 0034 is a typo in Attachment A. However, the correct information is provided in the product table on Attachment B - Product Description. I was trying to find in the Solicitation what the exact number of units (Operating Tables) will be needed for the VA Facilities; but I was unable to come up with an exact number. Also, I would like to get the past Award History for these Operating Tables as it pertains to the VA? GOVERNMENT RESPONSE: VA has procured operating tables from a variety of OEMs and authorized distributors.
