Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The Department of Veterans Affairs, Margaret Cochran Corbin VA Campus, NY, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract to BIOTRONIK, INC. under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) - Only One Source Reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization) for a follow-on requirement to purchase additional PK Papyrus Coronary Stents.
