To ensure compatibility with the fleet of CareFusion Alaris infusion devices that are currently in use at DAY VAMC, any pump module other than the CareFusion Alaris model 8100 pump module shall meet the following parameters to be considered for this expansion procurement. Large volume infusion pump that helps continuously or intermittently deliver fluids, medications, blood and blood products to patients. Have the capability to attach up to four IV infusion modules, allowing four independent infusions on a single PC unit. The system shall have a respiratory monitoring and barcoding.
