INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, Emergency Management, 1111 East End Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, Pa, intends to negotiate a sole source order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (Only one source) for a replenishment of expiring items in existing V356 TT Mass Casualty Incident Triage and Treatment System kits with VeriCor LLC of 703 Western Ave., Holmen, WI 54636. The Justification and Approval for this action is attached. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price open market order. The NAICS Code is 339113. This special notice serves as notice of intent to award a sole source a contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or a request for offers.
