Full Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302.2, for other then Full and Open Competion. The U.S Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division. 1 Each 150K V8-Channel console with H.V. Power supply and Computer Remote Control of H.V. Power Supply. 1 Each Laptop Computer Controller-Configured for Remote Operation of FXR System. The intended delivery date for these items is, 21 August 2011 Under the authority of the 6.302.1, only one responsible source and no other will satisfy the agency requirements, the Government intends to award a sole source contract to L- Services, Inc Pulse Sciences, 2700 MERCED ST SAN LEANDRO CA, 94577-5602. The anticipated cost of the acquisition is determined fair and reasonable by comparison of prices proposed on other purchase of this nature. All responses received with in 10 days after due of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government, Interested person may identify the interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10:00 AM EDT 21 August 2011. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competiton would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
