NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit on a competitve basis for the repair of the items below: NOMENCLATURE:ALTIMETER,ENCODING NSN: 7R 6610 012590251 PART NUMBER:518-28007-204 PLATFORM: c130 QTY:13 Limited Sources permitted by 10 USC 3204 (a)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).The Government intends to acquire these supplies using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 15. Based upon market re search, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies. Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN. This is a competitive procureme nt, approved sources are ELBITAMERICA INC (0WEC9), PROFESSIONAL AIRCRAFT ACCESSORIES INC (08XL0), and QUALITY AVIATION INSTRUMENTS INC (3TLC4). This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. Proposals may be emailed to the below email address and must be received on or before on the closing date listed on page 1 of the solicitation. This procurement is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The approximate issue date for the Solicitation will be October 4, 2026. No telephone requests will be honored and no hard copies will be mailed out.
