INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6 intends to enter into sole-source procurement with Ventana Medical Systems, 1910 E Innovation Park Drive, Tucson, AZ 85737. The requirement is for Ventana consumables (reagents, antibodies, and supplies) for the Salisbury VA Medical Center for FY17. The consumables are specific to Ventana H&E Stainer, Benchmark, and Symphony staining equipment. The consumables are used to perform slide-based tissue analysis and diagnosis of cancer and infectious disease. NAICS code 325413 applies to this procurement.
