The VA Office of Research and Development, Durham VA Medical Center Research Department in Durham, NC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Life Technologies Corporation pursuant to FAR 6.302-1; for the purchase of Reagent kits that will be used to assist the Durham VAMC lab with processing the TRAM1L1 gene.
