The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Branch, Denver, Colorado, intends to award a single source purchase order with REPRO GRAPHICS, INC. Doing Business as SELBY'S-ESSCO 2595 Enterprise AVE Billings, Montana 59102. DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND Bureau of Reclamation intends to sole source contract with Selby's to procure additional Leica survey equipment. NAICS 334511; Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing. Size Standard 1,250. Market research indicates that Selby's is the only vendor that can provide the following items: Leica MS60 Multi-station and Accessories Leica GS18 GNSS Antenna and Accessories Leica GPR121 Prism and Accessories Leica AP20 Tilt System and Accessories The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13-106-l(b)(l)(i), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(l), only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
