Notice of Contract Action for a Sole Source Procurement SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT FOR A RC1 CALORIMETER TO METTLER TOLEDO AUTOCHEM INC. Edwards Air Force Base, CA intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Mettler Toldedo Autochem Inc., 7075 Samuel Morse Dr. #100, Columbia, MD 21046. The Sole Source purchase will be for the following: **MIDTEMP REACTOR THERMOSTATING UNIT, DELIVERED TO AIR FORCE RESEARCH LAB, EDWARDS AFB, CA **1. Description of Item: The requirement is for one (1) RC1e Base Unit, MidTemp Version Reactor Thermostating Unit which includes: Control Unit, WINRC Software for Control, Evaluation, and Maintenance, NT Software, Calorimetry under isothermal, adiabatic, and jacket control, Temperature ramping under multiple control modes, Silicon Oil (with antistatic additive), PC connection cable, Cooling water connection, and Operating Instructions.
