A firm-fixed price purchase order/contract is anticipated. Response date for submission of offers will be established in the written solicitation/quotation when issued. Requirement will be handled utilizing simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
