Proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with three ordering periods. The guaranteed quantities are 500 of the M45 (mod); 1,500 of the M17 and 250 of M45. The maximum quantities over the life of the contract are 2,000 of the M45 (mod); 8,000 of the M17 and 600 of the M45. The Periscope parts are machined or ground from Aluminum Alloy, Castings, 356.0-T6, Die Castings, A13600, .060 Steel, Strip, CR Temper 3 or 4, Carbon, cold, 1008, ASTM-A366, Optical Glass, Grade D, Type 523-595, Spec MIL-G-174 and Methacrylate, Clear, Grade A or C, L-P-391. First article testing and phosphate coating IAW TT-C-490 are required. FOB is destination. Estimated issue date is 20 Apr 2010. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
