Notice of Contract Action for a Sole Source Procurement for a custom containment control system, for energetic materials. Edwards Air Force Base, CA intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to VWR, Inc., 1310 Goshen Parkway, West Chester, PA 19380-5985. The Sole Source purchase will be for the following: CUSTOM CONTAINMENT CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ENERGETIC MATERIALS DELIVERED TO AIR FORCE RESEARCH LAB, EDWARDS AFB, CA1. Description of Items include explosion proof equipment, custom manufactured parts and fixtures that are compatible with energetic compounds manufactured at the Air Force Research Laboratory. **Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the materials as detailed above.
