The Department of Veterans Affairs, Portland VA Medical Center intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source to: CEPHEID 904 CARIBBEAN DRIVE SUNNYVALE, CA 94089 The objective of this sole source award is to initiate a 4 month bridge for Cepheid reagents/consumables and service/maintenance. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 325413; the large business size standard is $35 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All information received by 5PM PST on July 31st, 2023 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Gregory Watson, Contract Specialist at contact@example.gov.
