This IDIQ will be established with a single source, Qiagen, LLC. because they are the sole manufacturer of the required LIAISON QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus and Tubes. Determination of this single source procurement is in accordance with Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements per 41 USC §3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of LIAISON QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus and Tubes that can meet the agency s needs. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325413 (In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing) and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 6640 (Laboratory Equipment and Supplies). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
