NASA, Kennedy Space Center, FL, Office of Procurement, intends to award a sole source contract to Capture 3D, Inc., for an ATOS II-Triple Scan 400. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The anticipated award date is September 23, 2013. This acquisition is classified under the NAICS code 333314. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers.
