This amendment revises Proposal Instructions and updates the FAR clauses, as well as making administrative changes to the Statement of Work. All changes in the attached documents are highlighted in red. Revised Attachments: a. The Request for Quote, Attachment 1 has been revised to clarify and add additional proposal preparation instructions. b. The Statement of Work, Attachment 2, is revised to correct ordering and invoice instructions. c. Clause List, Attachment 5, has been revised. FAR clauses have been updated to be consistent with FAC 2005-69. Also, FAR 52.216-2 has been added to allow for Economic Price Adjustment for Helium. Clarification of the applicability of FAR 52.219-14 and FAR 19.102(f) is also provided. Interested Contractors who have not previously submitted a proposal may do so now. Offerors who have previously submitted a proposal may submit a revised proposal to address revisions and clarifications provided in this Amendment. All Offerors are asked to acknowledge receipt of Amendment 1 and Amendment 2.
