This is a synopsis for a commercial item. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation SPM4A6-06-R-0258 is issued as a request for quote (RFP) and will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) with One 12-month base year and a One 12-month option year period. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The alternate offeror is required to provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. Delivery is 30 DARO. This is a critical application item. Solicitation will not contain progress payments. There are no Surge & Sustainment requirements for this NSN. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 17,244 for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 4,311. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 34,488 for the base and option years. The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option years is 4,311 / 17,244.
