The Air Force ISR Agency Contracting Branch at Lackland AFB, TX intends to award a SOLE SOURCE Contract, in support of the Global War on Terrorism through highly specialized training and support to the members of the JIOWC team. This training and support is designed to bring personnel up to operational readiness in regards to the use of wireless communications equipment. This training also provides operational instruction on the DRT system and Geolocation equipment training and support, pre-deployment screening of equipment. This training also includes, consultation and technical briefing on equipment and evaluation, rehabilitation and maintenance on existing equipment for AF ISR Agency/USSTRATCOM/JIOWC, to OPERATIONS SUPPORT TECHNOLOGIES INC., 497 Bayard Ave NE, Palm Bay FL, 32907-1912.. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) (Sole Source) FAR 6.302-1(a) (2). This project is to fulfill National Command Authority directed missions in support of the Global War on Terrorism throughout various regions of the world.
