The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a sole source fixed-price contract to Hampden Engineering to provide Hampden model PLC Trainers, H-PLC-1A-ML-1200 - Peripheral Panel with H-LTCS Laptop Control and RSLogix Software.
