NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE** Funds are not presently available for this purchase. In the event funds should become available, request that your offer remain valid through 31 Oct 2005. The Government's obligation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment can be made. (iv) This requirement is for a sole-source product from a small business company. It is the Government's intent to award a contract on a sole-source basis to S.R.T.
