Program: Medical Training - Command and Control (MT-C2) Solicitation Number: TBD Agency: Department of the Army Office: PRODUCT MANAGER FOR MEDICAL SIMULATION (PM MEDSIM) UPDATE: 12 NOV 15: Original Sources Sought Notice, W900KK-16-R-MTC2, regarding Medical Training - Command and Control (MT-C2), posted on 19 AUG 15, is hereby amended. The Government is developing the prototype that will provide the capability to control devices and environments within the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) through software control, After Action Review (AAR), exercise control, scenario planning and monitoring by integrating with the MSTC's Virtual Patient Systems (VPS) and the Instruction Support System (ISS) via established contract W900KK-15-D-0003. Once the MTC2 prototype has been developed and approved, a requirement for the MTC2 production contract, to be fielded at the US Army MSTCs, will be disseminated via FBO.gov. The Government does not anticipate the RFP for the MTC2 production contract to be posted before the 2nd quarter FY 17. There is no formal solicitation available at this time.
