NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE 6991PE23P000005 TS GOLDEN BEAR (TSGB) ME PSTP TECH SUPPORT FY23, VALLEJO, CA DESCRIPTION Maritime Administration (MARAD) intends to acquire and award on a sole source basis the services of GLOSTEN, INC., 1201 WESTERN AVE STE 200, SEATTLE, WA 98101 USA REGARDING TS GOLDEN BEAR (TSGB) ME PSTP TECH SUPPORT FY23 LOCATED IN VALLEJO, CA. The Government intends to solicit the proposed purchase order or contract for services with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. REFERENCE JUSTIFICATION ATTACHED. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order or contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
