Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Liquid nitrogen and bulk tank to Public Health Agency of Canada in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Site Visit.
a. Optional Work Site Visit. Canada recommends that the O?eror attend the site visit. An
optional site visit will be held at 1015 Arlington Street on November 13, 2024, beginning at
10:00 am CST, in Winnipeg ,Manitoba Canada.
b. Communication with standing o?er authority. To attend the site visit O?erors must
communicate with the standing o?er authority no later than November 11, 2024 by 14:00
EST to con?rm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. Canada may
request O?erors sign an attendance sheet. O?erors who do not attend will not be given an
alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting an o?er.
c. Clari?cations or changes. Canada will amend the solicitation of o?ers to re?ect clari?cationsand changes resulting from the site visit.
