The 7th Contractign Squadron is soliciting 10 Pad Mounted KVA ABB Transformers in accordance with the required salient characteristics. This is a Brand name requierment. 

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation prepared IAW RFO Part 12 Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement.



The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any
contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.


Notice to offerors: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.



QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting
Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:
1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) .
2. Specification sheet in accordance with the Brand name characteristics.
3. A period of performance must be stated. Offerors who do not specify their proposed delivery times shall be ineligible for award.


* The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 of this RFQ must be included in your offer.
