This concludes the questions/comments and answers/responses to the draft RFP. The draft RFP and responses to comments are illustrative of what we expect in the formal RFP. However, the formal RFP will stand-alone and nothing else (i.e., not the draft RFP, not the questions and answers from the draft RFP, no verbal statements, etc.) will serve as authoritative sources of formal RFP guidance. Only the formal written RFP will be official. Many of you have called regarding the formal RFP wanting to know specifics beyond what we have stated about release date timing so you may plan for it. Here is what we know: the formal RFP is expected this summer (2003). It is not expected in June. We hope to have it out as soon as possible. Please continue to watch this site for news of the formal RFP. You may learn more about our organization at: http://r6.gsa.gov/smallbusinessgwac/ Thank you for your interest in this procurement.
