Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Presidio of Monterey, California intends to award a sole source contract to Blackboard in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The acquisition is for renewal of Blackboard Collaborate software maintenance licenses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is posted for seven (7) calendar days. No solicitation package will be available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by COB 2 July 2015, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract is based on this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
