This contract involves the procurement of 15 display units with the NSN 7H-7025-016505891, TDP version 006, to be delivered to two different locations: W25G1U in New Cumberland, PA, and W62G2T in Tracy, CA. The units are identified by the NIIN 7H-7025-016505891 and are designated as display units with a specification of 256-32000. The government reserves the right to add an option quantity to increase the total number of units under the same terms, with delivery rates maintained unless otherwise agreed. The contract emphasizes that the government does not own the data rights for the part, making it uneconomical to purchase or reverse engineer the data, and standard documents related to the part can be obtained through the DOD Single Stock Point or ASSIST-Online. The solicitation indicates that the contract is a sole-source award under FAR 6.302-1, meaning the government intends to negotiate exclusively with one supplier, though other responsible sources may express interest. Qualification requirements must be met at the time of award, and the procurement is not conducted under FAR Part 12 policies, although interested commercial entities can submit capabilities within 15 days of the notice. The contract may include clauses related to Free Trade Agreements and the Buy American Act, depending on the specific clauses incorporated. The presolicitation is set as a total small business set-aside under the SBA, with the response deadline on August 8, 2025, and further details available through the designated contracting officer.
