70 -- GRB Assist 2003 Site Licenses

This serves as a "Notice of Intent" to award a sole source contract to Government Retirement & Benefits, Inc. (GRB) for the upgrade and purchase of GRB Assist 2003 site licenses for use throughout GSA regional locations. This sole source procurement is executed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, due to the duplication of costs that is not expected to be recovered by competition due to unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirement. The software to be acquired will include the upgrade of 2 existing GRB Assist site licenses and 6 existing GRB Assist seat licenses and the addition of 9 new GRB Assist site licenses and 30 new additional GRB Assist seat licenses.
