This small business set-aside solicitation, number N66001-14-T-7432, seeks quotes for specific brand-name commercial circuit card assemblies. The requirement includes refurbished HP 744/165L CPUs, memory modules, and PMC bridge adapters, as well as new Motorola MVME processor and I/O cards. All items require a two-year warranty, and equipment costing $5,000 or more must include UID labels. Key changes included updating the HP CPU part number to A4511A and revising the Motorola processor requirement to the non-A version, specifically the MVME167P-36SE, to ensure consistency across line items. For the new Motorola components, offerors must certify that products are original, TAA compliant, and eligible for manufacturer warranties. The final solicitation closing date was established as April 30, 2014.

Amendment 0006 EFFECTIVE 04/24/2014 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate questions and answers 2-5. Question 2: Is the MVME167PA-36SE Still acceptable or will the buyer only accept the Non "A" version? Answer 2: Non "A" version Question 3: I do have one question regarding ITEM 004. I have attached the manual for the MVME 167p. In the past, SPAWAR has used most of the MVME 167X- 34SE or 34B boards with either 16mb or 32mb or Dram memory. In the attacfhed reference manual section 5.1 indicates the various memory levels available for the 167P series, and I wanted to make sure the amount of memory RB Enterprises offers meets the requirements of SPAWAR. Answer 3: MVME 167P-036SE is good. Question4: Why has the "A" been removed from PN: MVME167PA-36SE and what is the technical reason for this? Answer 4: Our technical documentation has the PN's listed: MVME167P- 36SE/MVME167P-34SE. Question 5: Why has line item 0004 been changed from a MVME167P-34SE to a MVME167P-36SE? On both of these changes we would like to know if these changed were instituted for technical requirements or for competitive pricing benefits? Answer 5: This was changed to match the description for line item 0005. 'designed to interface with Motorola MVME-167P-36SE processor'. The solicitation closing date remains 4/30/2014 at 12:00 PM PST. **************************************************************** Amendment 0005 EFFECTIVE 04/23/2014 The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1-To incorporate the following question and answer pertaining to CLIN 0001. Question 1: I believe Line item #1 requires further description/clarification as follows: You indicated to me that your customer wants optional on board graphics, option#120 ( versus no graphics, which is a much lower cost item), Therefore, the description should include the terminology "with optional on board graphics". As it now stands, most bidders will be quoting this item without graphics at lower costs. Thus, the full part number should be A4511A-A4500-66016, Option120. This HP number fully describes your required configuration and also coincides with past government procurements. By encompassing the above, the playing field becomes even. As it now stands you would possibly be getting bids both ways. Answer 1: Item 0001 does not need to be changed. We wanted the memory module and bridge adapter, which is listed as Item 0002 and 0003. The only changes that need to be made are to Item 0004, and removing the "A" on Item 0050 description on the attached PDF. 2-The solicitation closing date has been extended to 4/30/2014 at 12:00 PM PST. **************************************************************** Amendment 0004 EFFECTIVE 04/22/2014 @ 4:00PM PST The purpose of this amendment is to amend Line Item 0004: Line Item 0004 is being amended from MVME167P-34SE to MVME167P-36SE. **************************************************************** Amendment 0003 EFFECTIVE 04/22/2014 The purpose of this amendment is to amend Line Items 0004 and 0005: Line Item 0004 is being amended from MVME167PA-34SE to MVME167P-34SE. Line Item 0005 is being amended from being designed to interface with MVME- 167PA- 36SE to designed to interface with MVME-167P-36SE. **************************************************************** Amendment 0002 Effective 4/15/2014 The purpose of this amendment is to correct the part number in Line Item 0001 from A4449A to A4511A and to correct line item 0003 and 0004 from (NEW) to (REFURBISHED). The solicitation has been extended to 4/21/2014 at 12:00 PM PST. **************************************************************** Amendment 0001 Effective 4/9/2014 The purpose of this amendment is to correct the solicitation within the body of the solicitation to N66001-14-T-7432. **************************************************************** This is a SSC Pacific combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
