Full Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The US Army Contracting Agency, Mission & Installation Contracting, on behalf of the Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Ft Myer, VA, Network Enterprise Center (NEC) intends to award a sole-source firm fixed contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.8(b) under the expressed authority of 15 U.S.C. 637(a). The Joint Base Myer/Henderson Hall, Fort Myer, VA, NEC, has a requirement to purchase a Cisco Catalyst 6509 Switch. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to MERCOM INCORPORATED, 235 Commerce Dr Ste 303, Pawleys Island, SC 29585-4817. The FSC Code is 7035 and the NAICS Code is 423430. This action will result in a single Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a delivery date of thirty days (30). The solicitation will not be posted.
