This initiative supports the Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Navy by providing secure, accountable parcel delivery and retrieval. The scope of work encompasses the supply of commercially supported locker assemblies, controllers, and software, as well as transportation, installation, configuration, acceptance testing, and ongoing sustainment services, including annual maintenance and licensing. The anticipated contract will be a commercial firm-fixed price award featuring a one-year base period and four one-year option periods for maintenance and software. A critical timeline requirement involves the operational activation of twenty-six high-priority locker banks by December 25, 2026, with a broader plan for simultaneous delivery to sixty-three site-ready installations immediately following the award. The estimated contract value is approximately 5,170,000 dollars.
