The Commander U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) intends to issue a sole-source procurement action with NetApp for the following 1 year maintenance and hardware: 1. NetApp SupportEdge Premium Hardware, maintenance and support 2. License Renewal and support Current maintenance Provider: NetApp This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond to this synopsis by Monday, February 1, 2010, 2:00 PM MST to Connie Quinn, CECOM Contracting Center, C4ISR Contracting Sector S - 2133 Cushing Street, Suite 3210, Fort Huachuca, Arizona 85613-5300: or E-mail contact@example.gov, Phone (520) 533-19931 or Fax +1 (555) 000-0000.
