The 20th Contracting Squadron plans to issue a sole-source procurement with Metalogix Software Corp for the annual licensing, email support, and maintenance of Metalogix Migration Manager. This software is essential for migrating data from existing web-based storage to SharePoint, specifically Microsoft-approved SharePoint migration software compatible with custom document library web parts for MOSS 2007. The procurement is justified under federal regulations that allow sole-source contracts when only one responsible source is available, highlighting that Metalogix is the exclusive provider capable of meeting these specific technical requirements. The notice invites other interested parties to identify their interest and capability within three business days from the announcement, though this is not a request for competitive proposals. The government reserves the discretion to determine whether to pursue competitive procurement based on any responses received. No solicitation documents are available, and inquiries by phone will not be entertained. Costs incurred to provide capability information will not be reimbursed. The contracting officer handling this action is based at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina, and can be contacted via email for further communication.
