Full Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to EMA Design Automation, Inc., Rochester, NY under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for three (3) each OrCAD license upgrades and twelve (12) each OrCAD maintenance subscriptions in accordance with the Statement of Work. The specified maintenance is provided by EMA Design Automation, Inc. The resulting purchase order will be firm, fixed price, with delivery 4-6 weeks ARO.
