Full Description

The Commander U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) intends to issue a sole-source procurement action with Spirent Federal Systems for renewal and maintenance of Spirent TestCenter software. This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This requirement is for annual renewal of current contract for one year of maintenance and support for Spirent TestCenter software. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered.
