The government is seeking detailed information on vendor facilities, equipment, and certifications such as ISO 9001 and AS9100, as well as past performance with similar military or commercial hardware. Additionally, the agency is requesting industry feedback on objective evaluation criteria for future competitive awards and the structuring of performance-based incentives within Firm-Fixed-Price contracts. Interested vendors must submit their administrative details and capability statements in PDF format to the designated point of contact by October 22, 2026.
