Full Description

The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for software renewal maintenance and upgrades for existing PC License to us Epic.Editor/Standard, Epic.Print Composer/Standardon a fixed basis, and for PC License to use Epic.Print Composer/Standard on a concurrent basis. The Epic.Editor and Epic.Print Composer software are proprietary to Arbortext, Inc. It is the intent of the Government to negotiate on a sole source basis as a Commercial Item Acquisition in accordance to FAR Part 12, with Arbortext, Inc., 1000 Victors Way, Suite 400, Ann Arbor, MI 48108. Interested vendors may submit a capability statement within 7 days after publication of this notice. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13 (NTE $100,000). *See Note 22*
