This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-08-Q-1765. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2000-07. This is unrestricted. Size standard is $23.0. NUWC Division Newport intends to renew RT1-RTL-MN Maintenance renewal, VR-Link RT Maintenance Renewal; VR-Link Development Maintenance (LNX), VR-Link Development Maintenance (HPU), RT1 Standard Library Maintenance (WIN), RT1 Standard License Maintenance (WIN), VR-Link RT Maintenanance (HPU), VR Link RT Maintenance (HPU). Maintenance is for a period of one year, F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. It is expected to place a purchase order with MAK Technologies, 68 Moulton St., Cambridge, MA 02138. They are the only known source for these items because they are the only Company that can provide the required capability without a re-architecture, re-development, re-test, re-validation and a re-delivery of the Synthetic Warfare Connectivity System.
