BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION: TerraBuilder and TerraExplorer Brand software is needed because the analysts who will be using this software are already trained in TerraBuilder/Explorer. The products generated from the software will also be shared between sites that already incorporate the TerraBuilder/Explorer products. This software is also the Intelligence Community?s standard for this type of software. NGA requires the ability to produce 3-D Flythroughs with output which is interactive. TerraBuilder/Explorer meet this requirement, and were also determined to be the best of breed for this type of application by an internal NGA Trade Study. Vendor must be an authorized reseller of the Skyline products TerraBuilder and TerraExplorer. Vendor shall quote all or none of the listed items. Delivery is FOB Destination. For items #1-4 delivery will be to: NGA Reston, 12310 Sunrise Valley Dr., Reston, VA 20191. For items #5-8 delivery will be to: NGA Arnold, 3838 Vogel Road, Arnold, MO 63010.
