The provided documentation consists of a diverse collection of solicitation materials, requests for proposals, and technical protocols rather than a single unified contract. Key infrastructure projects include the Richards Street and Alley Waterline Replacement in Gila Bend, Arizona, funded by a Community Development Block Grant, and the Creekside Flood Mitigation project in Gahanna, Ohio, which utilizes a Construction Manager at Risk model. Other notable solicitations include a stormwater pump drainage system for the Goffstown Library, water service line replacements for the Village of Ridgewood, and professional service contracts for the Township of Hazlet. Across these various projects, common requirements include strict adherence to industry standards such as ASTM, AWWA, and ANSI, as well as compliance with federal labor standards and the Davis-Bacon Act. Procurement processes emphasize a best-value or trade-off basis for award, evaluating firms on experience, reputation, and the ability to meet specific timeframes. Administrative requirements frequently include the submission of EDGE-certified business participation intents, professional qualifications via standard state forms, and adherence to specific electronic submission limits, such as a 75-page maximum and a 25 MB file size.
