Page 1 of 1 SYNOPSIS: The VA Loma Linda Healthcare System located at 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357, has a requirement to REPLACE UPS System & INSTALL Rental UPS. A Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract award is anticipated. A System for Award Management (SAM) and Center for Verification Excellence (CVE) / Vendor Information Pages (VIP) certified / registered Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractor shall provide all equipment, incidentals, labor, materials, parts, tools, supervision, services and expertise necessary as required by the solicitation announcement and statement of work in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations / standards. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 USD. The Period of Performance for this project will be sixty (60) calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation will be issued pursuant to the Veterans First Public Law 109-461 as a 100% certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The NAICS code for this project is 335999 All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. Interested bidders must be listed in the VetBiz.gov Vendor Information Pages at www.vetbiz.gov, and currently registered in the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov. Solicitation documents will be available electronically on or about Monday, July 10, 2017 at the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov or www.fbo.gov.
