The AF Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR)Agency Contracting Branch at Lackland AFB, TX intends to make a sole source award to Lociva for the following items: CLIN 0001 ? 1 ea Zynetix Field Deployable Controller , CLIN 0002 ? 1 ea 4 x FXO port module for FD Controller, CLIN 0003 ? 1 ea Authentication Center and RF Encryption, CLIN 0004 ? 1 ea GPRS10 GPRS Laboratory SW License for 10 users, CLIN 0005 ? 1 ea Single TRX GSM Edge Pico Cell 1900 MHz and 1 ea 1800 MHz, CLIN 0006 ? 1 ea FD Controller Training, 2 days to include installation and commissioning at customer site, CLIN 0007 - 1 ea SIP SW Module an 10 ea SIM card. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, this combined synopsis/ solicitation shall serve as a request for quote (RFQ) numbered F2MUBL7229A001. All items are FOB: Destination for delivery to AFIOB, 102 Hall Blvd, Ste 214, San Antonio, TX 782431, Attn: Gary Barmore (210)-977-4410. Offerors are required to provide the unit and extended prices. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334220, size standard is 750 employees. The estimated completion date of all requirement listed is 30 Oct 2007. This procurement requires a Zynetix equipment suite that replicates a test equipment suite used by a Federally Funded Research and Development Center. Only the exact equipment suite which includes hardware from Zynetix and some unique equipment from Lociva bundled together using Lociva software will allow the Government to complete required tests.
