The State of Montana Natural Resource Damage Program, is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for construction services. A more complete description of the services are provided in the Invitation to Bid and other Bidding Documents. Bids submitted in response to this IFB must comply with the instructions and procedures presented in the Bid Documents. A mandatory pre-bid conference and Project walk-through will be held at the Project site at 10:00 AM Mountain Time on July 14, 2026. All prospective bidders must attend; there will be no exceptions made. Persons with disabilities seeking accommodations may contact NRDP to make a request. The meeting location for the pre-bid conference is located near the pump station building on property owned by the City of Deer Lodge (CDL). To access the location, head northerly from West Milwaukee Avenue onto Pavilion Lane, travel northerly on Pavillion Lane, through the large metal gate between metal buildings, for approximately 300 yards, the veer to the northwest on the existing trail to the CDL pump station.
