NSN: 7105-00-935-0422 - fully competitive item description. It is the intent of the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia/ C & E Division to award this item under a one-year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) contract, with a total value not to exceed $5,500,000.00. The solicitation will be issued under FAR 13.5 "Test Program for Certain Commercial Items". Delivery will be FOB destination to DDSP New Cumberland, Pa. 17070-5001. The required delivery will be 75 days for the current requirement quantity of 50,000 each. Offerors will be evaluated for past performance using the Automated Best Value System (ABVS). This ia a Pre-Solicitation notice only. The issue date for the solicitation is 4/12/2007. The acquisition is 100% set aside for small business and will require source inspection. Copies of Military and Federal specifications are available from the DOD Single Stock Point (DODSSP) in Philadelphia, Pa.
