Full Description

Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for the storage, tear down and set up of Knoll furntiure at Buckley Air Force Base, Aurora CO in accordance with FAR part 12 regulations, acquisition of commercial items. The award will go to Rocky Mtn. Desk Corp., 8110 E. Union Ave. Suite 150 Denver, CO 80237-2966. This requirement is considered sole source due to the fact that Rocky Mtn Desk Corp is the only known local Knoll furniture distributor and the furniture must match the exsisting furniture already on base. The 460th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with sub part 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only one responsible source and no other su0pplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This requirement incorporates FAR clause 5352.201-9101, Ombudsman, Paragraph(C) of the clause reads, Mr. Michael D.
