contact@example.gov DESCRIPTION: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AS a SOLE-SOURCE VENDOR under an Open Market Procurement to TrillaMed, LLC for purchase of Stryker Recliner Chairs. Department of Veterans Affairs Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award on a sole source basis with TrillaMed, LLC, (DUNS: 828126321), pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5 and FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). The proposed contract is for Stryker Recliner Chairs in the Rehabilitation Department. These chairs are needed to replace the outdated, and hard to access Cardiac pacemaker chairs that Veterans sit in while undergoing treatment. With these needed recliners, the comfort of the patients will be top priority, as the patient is undergoing treatment. Market research was conducted and determined that TrillaMed, LLC is the only SDVOSB vendor capable of providing service necessary that meets the requirements. No solicitation document exists and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice.
