E&B Natural Resources Management Corporation is proposing to conduct a workover on the Gov't 2-4 well (API #0402959701) located in the Poso Creek Oil Field within Kern County, California, with operations anticipated to occur within six to twelve months following the project proposal date of July 31, 2025. The scope includes cementing a 7½-inch inner casing string from 1,152 feet to surface, minor site preparation within existing developed areas, and mobilization and demobilization of temporary equipment such as workover rigs, backhoes, pumps, water trucks, and support vehicles. No new land disturbance or expansion of facilities is planned; remedial grading will be limited to previously disturbed pads and access roads, all of which are already maintained through routine vegetation management. Waste generated will be classified and disposed of in accordance with regulations as either non-hazardous or hazardous at licensed facilities.
